Twisty Twine Challenge

I have to admit I've had some baker's twine for awhile now and never really used it. This was a perfect time! The twine part was easy, but what papers was I going to use? I had so many different ideas running through my head. Here's what I came up with:

The patterned papers are from a DCWV six inch pad that I've had for a couple of years. I thought it was the perfect pad to use since all the papers went so well together. It took me a couple of tries to find the right sentiment. The first two I tried just didn't have enough pizzazz. This one is from Stamps by Judith. I added a little dab of pearl pen to give it a bit more jazz. The twine is cream soda from We R Memory Keepers. The plain cardstock all came from my stash and I glued the twine down with Scotch Quick-Dry Adhesive.

I like how this turned out. You can change the papers and use it for male or female, change the sentiment to anything you want. This is definitely one to keep on hand!

Thanks for stopping by,
Cherie
