Wish...sketch 86

This card was so easy and fun to make and also follows sketch 86. I used some Bella Press polka dot paper I bought at the DeNami warehouse sale a couple of years ago. The sentiment is one of those $1 Recollections you find in the bins at Michaels. Those cupcakes are EK Success and are dimensional stickers. I Cuttlebugged to turquoise to reflect the dots on the paper.
