Bright and cheerful blessings

Today I have a simple card for you. The bright striped paper is Echo Park and the sentiment is Hero Arts. I used a circle Spellbinder for the black circle, and the yellow is a Bazzill embellishment.

    This is a very striking card. Using the circles brings the eye to the sentiment but also really brings out the stripes!
