It's that time of the week...midweek throwdown! This time it's Floral Fantasy. It's pretty simple: make a card with flowers. My attempt:
The flower stamp is from The Angel Company and the bling is from my stash. I had no idea how many colors I had! The flower stems are Copics. I layered the clouds four times with the top layer run through my Cuttlebug using the Swiss Dots folder. The border punch is from Fiskars. I think it's still missing something, but I can't figure out what lol.
Update: I took Paula's and Sherry's advice and added a DeNami sentiment and like the card much better. Thanks for the input, ladies!
Stay warm!
Cherie
This card is so cute and adorable. Love the colors, ready for spring. The flowers are dancing and smiling. Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteSweet card Cherie! I love the bright, bold colors and those embossed clouds are so darn cute! I like it just as it is but you could definitely add a simple sentiment in the space just below the clouds if you wanted to. Nice work. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the bright colors.
ReplyDeleteHi Cherie! This is so pretty and cheerful, and it will really brighten someone's day! I was going to say exactly what Paula said, while it's perfectly charming as is!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun card! Love the many colored flowers with their rhinestone centers and those clouds are so cute! I agree with Sherry and Paula, your card is just perfect the way it is. Thanks for playing in our Midweek Throwdown challenge at Operation Write Home Stars & Stamps!
