Here's another scrappy card for you. The background is red Bazzill embossed with dots. The blues are also Bazzill. The stripes are Pebbles Let Freedom Ring. I used Nesties for the circles and a Fiskars sentiment. The bling is from my stash and the card follows OWH bonus sketch 21.
